The Electric Vehicle Telematics program will automatically schedule EV charging around times when electricity is most in demand, and reward drivers for participating in helping to manage energy use.
Participants will receive a text message when Dominion Energy asks customers to change electricity consumption, and their EVÂ charging will automatically schedule around those events, which typically lasts only a few hours.
You'll receive access to the WeaveGrid dashboard, which included personalized information on your charging history and costs, as well as live charging tips.
Within the dashboard, you'll receive guidance on charging behavior around periods of high electric demand.
